Our Process

Step 1


Our approach is to begin with an initial planning session to explore the vision of the organisation and how you are currently perecived vs how you want to be perceived in the future. We will also ensure we fully understand your varied audiences.

Step 2


Using an online survey to gain qualitative and quantitative feedback from all your key stakeholders, ensuring we have data to make sound assumptions and recommendations throughout the process.

Step 3


Once the data has been collected, we will analyse the findings. This will also take into account your audiences, vision, values, local research and direct and indirect competitor research. We will analyse relevant trends and factors and then we will create a report with a selection of ideas to be presented back.

Step 4


Once we have presented back our reccomendations, we can run an online guided session with the key working group to narrow down the options to the final choices.

Step 5


We will provide a clear report with brand positioning statements, value propositions and key messages for each of your audiences and campaigns. This will provide a clear guide on how to communicate with your audiences for maximum engagement.

Step 6


We will provide recommendations on how to track your progress and evaluate the success of your new charity brand communications.
